On Saturday, November 18th 2006, CENTURY 21 Tenace Realty closed their 8-month car giveaway as they drew the winner of a brand new 2007 Lexus iS250. Prior to Saturday, four preliminary finalists had been chosen; and on November 18th over 100 agents, staff, family, and friends joined together in front of the new Boynton Beach office to find out which of the four finalists would be the one to drive home their brand new Lexus.

After much anticipation, Morayma Salas of Delray Beach was announced the winner. The following day, Ms. Salas drove her brand new Lexus iS250 home. Ms. Salas registered for the promotion giveaway during her process of purchasing a new home. In fact, she just recently closed on her new condominium at the end of the month. CENTURY 21 Tenace would like to extend a great "Congratulations" to Morayma - a new car and a new condo, what a month!
