2007 CENTURY 21 TENACE REALTY NEW CAR GIVEAWAY

WHO CAN ENTER - The 2007 CENTURY 21 Tenace Realty New Car Giveaway is open to residents of the State of Florida who are over the age of 18 at the time of entry. The Promotion is void where prohibited. Employees and sales associates of Tenace Realty & Associates, d/b/a CENTURY 21 Tenace Realty, and Vista Motors of North Broward and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. “Immediate family” means only spouses, parents, siblings, and children.

HOW TO ENTER - NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY. There are three ways to enter the Promotion: (a) complete a 3X5 index card with your name, complete mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number and the words “GIVEAWAY ENTRY” at the top in capital letters, and mail it in an envelope to: CENTURY 21 Tenace Realty, Inc. 1835 University Drive, Coral Springs, FL 33071, or CENTURY 21 Tenace Realty, Inc. 3960 Hypoluxo Road, Boynton Beach, Florida 33436, (b) register in person at either the CENTURY 21 Tenace Realty Coral Springs or Boynton Beach office, or (c) list your house, townhome or condominium; or buy a house, townhome or condominium using a CENTURY 21 Tenace Realty sales associate between April 15, 2007 through October 31, 2007; and your sales associate will automatically enter you in the GIVEAWAY. Limit one (1) entry per person and one (1) entry per outer mail envelope. No mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. Any entry forms that are not filled out completely and legibly may be disqualified. Entry forms will be accepted only in person or by mail as noted above; no fax or electronic entries are permitted. In order to be eligible for any preliminary drawing, entries must be received by CENTURY 21 Tenace Realty no later than 5:00 pm on October 31, 2007. All entries become the property of CENTURY 21 Tenace Realty and will not be acknowledged or returned.

PRIZE - The Prize is a 2008 Mini Cooper. The approximate retail value of the Prize is $20,500.00. Color and options are subject to change. There is no warranty of any type on the vehicle awarded except as may be offered by the manufacturer or as otherwise required by law. Winner will be responsible for picking up the Prize at Vista Motors of North Broward. Any state and local government surcharges, and all taxes (sales, state, federal, local income, value-added and other), incidental expenses, licenses, titles, tags, registrations, port charges, insurance, transportation and other costs and expenses relating to the Sweepstakes and use or acceptance of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitutions, cash alternative, or transfer of the Prize is permitted.

WINNER SELECTION - There will be two (2) preliminary drawings, one at each of the locations of CENTURY 21 Tenace Realty, Inc:

    Date: November 9, 2007   Location: Coral Springs   Entry Deadline: October 31, 2007

    Date: November 10, 2007   Location: Boynton Beach   Entry Deadline: October 31, 2007

A total of four (4) Finalists will be selected as follows: On November 9, 2007 @ 5:00 pm two (2) entry forms will be selected randomly from all Coral Springs registration forms and mail-in entry forms received by 5:00 pm on October 31, 2007. On November 10, 2007 @ 12:00 pm, two (2) entry forms will be selected randomly from all Boynton Beach registration forms and mail-in entry forms received by 5:00 pm on October 31, 2007. Subject to the eligibility requirements of these Official Rules, the persons whose names are drawn will be declared Finalists. The odds of becoming a Finalist depend upon the total number of entries received prior to the applicable deadline.

All Finalists will be notified in person or by telephone in accordance with the information provided on their entry form. At that time, Finalists will be instructed on how to participate in the Grand Drawing. If CENTURY 21 Tenace Realty is unable to speak directly to a Coral Springs or Boynton Beach Finalist with twenty-four (24) hours of the time CENTURY 21 Tenace Realty first attempts contact, the Finalists will be disqualified and an alternate Finalist will be chosen by random drawing from all remaining entries.

GRAND DRAWING - Date: November 17, 2007 @ 12:00 p.m.   Location: Coral Springs

On November 17, 2007, one (1) entry form will be selected randomly from the Coral Springs and Boynton Beach four (4) registration forms and mail-in entry forms previously selected.

To qualify for a chance to win the Prize, each Finalist may either attend and participate in the Grand Drawing in Coral Springs at 12:00 pm on November 17, 2007, or they may opt to request that CENTURY 21 Tenace Realty appoint a proxy to participate on their behalf. No later than 11:00 am on November 17, 2007 each Finalist must sign in with CENTURY 21 Tenace Realty representative and present a valid photo identification. On November 17, 2007 at 12:00 pm or at a reasonable time thereafter, each Finalist will be provided a car key. One (1) car key will fit the prize vehicle. Keys are not transferable. The first Finalist whose key opens the vehicle will win the Prize, subject to the eligibility requirements of these Official Rules. In the case of mechanical failure (for example, if no key opens the vehicle) one (1) name will be selected at random from all remaining Finalists present at the Grand Drawing and that Finalist will be awarded the Prize, provided he or she meets all conditions of eligibility specified in these rules. Before receiving any Prize and as a condition of receiving such Prize, winner must provide valid photo identification featuring his or her name and address as it appeared on the entry form supplied, provide proof of proper age and residency, provide proof of insurance in the amount required under applicable law, and sign an affidavit of eligibility and release supplied by CENTURY 21 Tenace Realty which, among other disclaimers, releases CENTURY 21 Tenace Realty and a range of subsidiaries, directors, agents, agencies, affiliates, advertisers, promoters, officers, employees and related persons from any and all liability related to this Promotion and the receipt and use of the Prize. Winner also may be required to provide social security number and to sign other legal documents (including tax forms). Failure to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility and release without making changes to CENTURY 21 Tenace Realty within seven (7) days after the Grand Drawing will result in disqualification, forfeiture of the Prize and selection of an alternate winner. The odds of a finalist winning the prize are 1 in 4.

ALTERNATE WINNER - If the winner is disqualified or ineligible for any reason, or forfeits or refuses to accept his or her Prize, or fails to sign and return the required documents within seven (7) days of after the date of the notification letter, a drawing of the remaining Finalists will be held and a new winner selected. The alternate winner is subject to eligibility requirements of Finalists present at the Final Event. The Alternate winner is subject to the eligibility requirements of these Official Rules.

MISCELLANEOUS -This Promotion is void where prohibited, penalized or otherwise restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations apply. All interpretations of these Official Rules shall be made by CENTURY 21 Tenace Realty, whose decisions and interpretations shall be final and binding. CENTURY 21 Tenace Realty reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Promotion or any part of this Promotion should any causes beyond its control corrupt or impair the security, administration, fairness and/or operations of this Promotion as determined by CENTURY 21 Tenace Realty in its sole discretion. In the event that CENTURY 21 Tenace Realty cancels or terminates any part of this Promotion under this provision, affected participants will receive no compensation in lieu thereof. CENTURY 21 Tenace Realty reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it reasonably suspects or believes to be tampering with the entry process or the award mechanism, by any other means or to be acting in violation of these rules. Any person attempting to defraud or tamper with this Promotion in any way will be ineligible for a Prize and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. CENTURY 21 Tenace Realty shall not be responsible for lost, incomplete, late, misdirected, misdelivered, misplaced, stolen, illegible, mutilated or defaced entries or for entries that are not received by CENTURY 21 Tenace Realty by the applicable deadline for any reason.

RELEASE - By entering the Promotion, each participant agrees (a) to follow these Official Rules and (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless CENTURY 21 Tenace Realty and Vista Motors of North Broward and all other sponsors of the 2007 CENTURY 21 Tenace Realty New Car Giveaway, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, agents, advertising companies and promotional agencies, together with the present and future officers, agents, employees and representatives of each of the, from any and all claims, demands, or damages relating to or arising from the Promotion or the acceptance and usage of Prizes.

PUBLICITY RELEASE; CONSENT TO USE OF INFORMATION - Participant specifically acknowledges and agrees that CENTURY 21 Tenace Realty may utilize information obtained from participant in order to contact participant and/or to offer CENTURY 21 Tenace Realty’s products or services. Winner agrees that CENTURY 21 Tenace Realty may publicize his or her name, photograph, likeness, biographical information, voice and details of winning for purposes of Promotion without compensation, except where prohibited by law.

VENUE - This Promotion and any claims arising hereunder will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to any conflict or choice of law principles. The sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising out of, or relating to the Promotion will be in the state courts located in Broward County, Florida.

WINNER’S LIST; COPY OF OFFICIAL RULES - For a copy of these Official Rules or the name of the Prize Winner, send a separate, self- addressed stamped envelope to 2007 CENTURY 21 Tenace New Car Giveaway, c/o CENTURY 21 Tenace Realty, 1835 University Drive, Coral Springs, FL 33071. The rules and the name of the Winner will also be posted on the CENTURY 21 Tenace website (www.C21Tenace.com).
